Apart from the change in appointment time which I was not aware of, I was seen promptly at the rescheduled time and looked after extremely well by my Doctor Delphine Hunter

Dunsbrough medical centre is one of the best in the south west when it come to customers service!! is relativly long wait times as expected with good GPs, would definitely recommend to a friend. Have had little issuess and any issue that I had were resolved.

It’s always a great experience. Doctors take the time to listen to my needs and provide recommendations to suite. And the nurses are absolutely amazing! I self check in which is always convenient and when I do interact with the administrators they are always friendly and clearly explain what’s needed and are extremely efficient.

Friendly staff who are always willing to help and give advice if needed. Our regular pharmacy.

I have been seeing Dr Hunter for around 8 years,she is always kind and caring. The ladies at the clinic reception are always friendly and helpful also. Diane in theatre is lovely also.

A huge thank you to the team at Dunsborough Medical Centre today. Receptionists, Nurse and Doctor were all supportive and caring.There were no free appointments - so I very much appreciate the compassion shown by the receptionist, who told me under my circumstances to come in, and she would arrange for me to see a Doctor. Compassion shown again on my arrival, as a different receptionist asked if I needed to sit with a nurse (which I didn't). After a short wait I met with the nurse who was absolutely lovely and knowledgable. She took the time to listen to the string of events and go over photos I had taken. She was also very reassuring and caring, as was the kind, very professional Doctor who not only reassured me that my course of action was correct but organised a blood test to investigate my reaction further. He had an excellent 'bedside manner', (defined in the Oxford dictionary as a doctor's approach or attitude to a patient). I am very appreciative of the care I received today from the staff at Dunsborough Medical Centre. Thank you.

Well, we are in lockdown and my husband needed to manage a back injury. I located a back support at the 777 pharmacy in Yanchep. I spoke to Eva and explained everything. She gave me great advice on the right one to purchase. Eva even offered to bring a different size to our home, if it was not the right size, later that day when she would be making her deliveries of medication. This was so I didn’t have to make the journey back to the store. What a service over and above anything you would expect. Thank you
